  • What is Web Hosting? How does it work?

    Web Hosting is an Internet service that allows you to make your website accessible to others. Once you purchase a hosting package with Snipe Cloud, your site will be stored on one of our servers. Your site will be assigned a DNS, a unique address that allows people all around the world to find and view your site.

  • How Reliable is your Cloud Hosting?

    Our cloud hosting offers high reliability. Cloud Sites automatically distributes three mirrored copies of your data across multiple devices to ensure safety and protection. The website is hosted on a virtual partition which draws its resources, such as disk space, from an extensive network of underlying physical servers.

  • Can I Upgrade And Downgrade As I Wish?

    Yes, you can scale up or down your web hosting package instantly from the client portal. You will be either refunded the difference for the unused time if you are scaling down, or charged the difference when scaling up.

  • Can i pay with Paypal ?

    We accept credit cards, PayPal, checks, money orders, and bank wires for payment. You can pay by credit card or PayPal at the time of order. For checks, money orders, and bank wires, you must complete your order online and then send us the payment after submitting the online order. If you want to make a payment via PayPal, then choose the PayPal option during sign up. You will be presented with a link to pay with PayPal, which creates a one-time payment from your PayPal account. For future payments, you would log in to your Customer Portal and make additional one-time payments or set up a PayPal Billing Agreement. Your login information for the Customer Portal will be emailed to you shortly after the signup.

  • How Do I Login to Webmail?

    Access your domain at port 2096. To do so, you will need to affix your domain with a colon (:) and 2096. For example, http://www.example.com:2096. Enter the email address you wish to access in the Email (e.g. user@example.com). Enter the corresponding password in the Password. Click the Login

  • Why should I buy an SSL Certificate?

    An SSL Certificate does 2 things: Encrypt the information sent from your user's browser to your website Authenticate your website's identity. By doing these 2 things, an SSL Certificate protects your customers and in turn increases their trust in your online business. This is especially important if your website requires users to login using passwords or enter sensitive information such as credit card details

  • What is Your Backup Policy?

    Even though we offer Free backups. You are responsible for your backups and web content. It is recommended that you keep copies of your content safe and make your own backups. You can take a backup from your cPanel or use a remote backup solution.

  • I already have a website, can I transfer it to your Web hosting?

    Relocating your existing website to Snipe Cloud is a simple process. We offer free website relocation assistance. If you have access to your existing website files, you can upload them through CPanel or via an FTP client. If you don’t have a current copy of your website, you should be able to request one from your current website hosting provider. Our support team can help you with this transition should you have any questions or if you encounter any difficulties.
